The PCSOND conductive level probe (or switch) is made up of a single AISI316 steel electrode . When the conductive medium reaches probe bottom, the circuit closes with the metal wall of the tank (or any metal part installed on the tank and connected to the ground).
They are usually installed in pairs to control the exceeding of the maximum and minimum level. It is available in different lengths L (up to 2000 mm). The rod is coated, optionally, with PVC, for maximum temperatures up to 100 ° C, or with PTFE, for maximum temperatures up to 160 ° C. The electrical connection is covered by a silicone cap to ensure good resistance to high temperatures, humidity, excellent insulation, eliminating the risk of fragility breakage .
It is available with 1/2″ or 3/8″ G male threaded connection (F).
